is it possible to bind +-Tz on mouse wheel up and down?

Hi,
i plugged my Saitek X45 with Hotas and proceed the windows gamecontroller calibration. Inside Windows Gamecontroller is every axis OK.
But when i add this HID to CMJ it shows a total different range for the values (1900 instead of 190).

What can i do to solve this?

The Controller appear in the Input list but there are no values to connect.

Current Situation: After every reboot the Profile in %APPDATA%\3Dconnexion\3DxWare\profiles Gets overwritten with standard values for the buttons.
