1. Why is the Steam version so much cheaper
2. Site says if you buy you get to install on up to 3 computers. Does Steam have the same restriction? I have many devices such as RogAlly, Laptop, etc..
I'm trying to weigh if its worth the extra $$ to untether from steam.

Why not use VIGEM HID Driver? It opensource and free
HID Hide by the same guys is also useful when combining joysticks, so the original joysticks don't interfere
