Hi Beat,
CMN isn't officially supported on Windows 11, and I have seen some reports of various problems. Did this also occur on Windows 10?

Re: Shutter and Aperture not settable on Nikon 1 V3
This sounds like the body is set to P (program) mode where it determines the shutter and aperture itself. Please set it to M exposure mode and give ti a try.

Re: SpacePilot Pro, buttons keep getting stuck on.
Hi,
3DxWare really needs to be where this is set up. Which version of 3DxWare are you using? Please post a text from the ControlMyJoystick log tab that shows app startup and connection to drivers and connection attempt to the controllers. I have the same controller here so I can troubleshoot.

Re: Possible to map the pinkie mouse on saitek x52
It *should* be able to map if it is a joystick button. I don't have these two controllers anymore, but you should be able to map it like any other joystick button on the X52.

Re: Joystick Input wrong axis values
CMJ reads the axis values a little differently, but it doesn't make any difference within CMJ. As long as when you return the joystick to the neutral position it shows neutral position in CMJ, you are good to go.

Re: How do i map the 2 buttons on SpaceNavigator?
Pressing a button on the SpaceNavigator should cause the button to appear in the circled area from your screenshot. Are you using a SpaceNavigator (kind of an older device), or the wireless spacemouse wireless or compact?

Re: Could not bind socket.
It looks like a TCP/IP or UDP trigger has been created, and it is trying to use a port that is already in use on your pc. By default, it will default to port 50000 or 50001, and so have been turned on in ControlMyJoystick and when it starts up it finds something else (like a webserver) is already us...

Re: Live view orientation
You can also 'shim' the copystand so it isn't pointing straight down, which confuses the camera orientation sensor, which leads to the orientation flipping.

Re: Nikon d850
I just confirmed the download link for the version with D850 support is working at https://tetherscript.com/controlmynikon-download/ For recording video on the D850, you'll need to have a memory card in the camera, and set it to video mode, instead of live view mode. Then you can record video in Con...

Re: Software seems to have broken NEF save to SD1
ControlMyNikon does not contain any functionality to control which body card slot any images, including NEF, are saved to. However, ControlMyNikon can set whether to capture NEF, NEF+JPG, or JPG. By default, ControlMyNikon's default profile is set to save to JPG only. When you connect with ControlMy...

You can control this by setting in the body lcd menu 'live view autorotation off' or something like that, depending on the body.

Re: Nikon Z7 Suddenly unable to save files to PC
If it has worked before, but no longer saves, check to ensure you have a valid image path. Try saving to something simple like c:\images. It may also be set in the app to save to the camera only.
