Script -> mouse click with 2 monitors no function

my monitors run in extendes mode. Left is no. 2 in portrait mode, right is no. 1 in landscape mode. When I run the software, where I will programm a mouse clic script in monitor 2, everything works fine. When run the app in monitor 1, the mouse click has no function. Anny idea how to tell CMJ how to find the right coordinates?

This is a very good question. CMJ can't really keep track of which monitor the app is on, so as you experience, it will fail. We'll take a look at this issue on an upcoming version. Maybe a 'use the app upper-left corner as a reference' kind of thing.
