1. Why is the Steam version so much cheaper
2. Site says if you buy you get to install on up to 3 computers. Does Steam have the same restriction? I have many devices such as RogAlly, Laptop, etc..
I'm trying to weigh if its worth the extra $$ to untether from steam.
Steam and licensing question

Re: Steam and licensing question
The Steam version is cheaper, but allows installs as per Steam policy on multiple pc's used by the account holder.
The non-steam version allows installs of up to 3 pc's that you own.
The price on either can vary a bit, but generally speaking the Steam version may not have the most recent version that the website version does.
