Now to my dilemma
I'm trying to copy many old family photo albums. Long long ago I owned a large commercial film lab that had a dedicated department for this type of work so I am (at least in film terms) very familiar with the process. Using a copy stand, I metered from a grey card and set that exposure manually on the camera. I noticed that the CMN interface reflected different settings, so I set those, also using manual, to match. The previews in live view looked OK but the stored images do not (much lighter in general). Am I missing a setting in CMN that could be overriding what I think I'm doing? I noticed on your home page you mention a specific copystand mode although I can't find any information in the tutorials...Thanks in advance for any assistance!
