HDR not working on Canon EOS m200?

Hi, I'm new to using this. I'm hoping to use controlmycanon to take pictures of the eclipse, but when I tried selecting the HDR workflow, I don't see any way to change the exposures. Everything is grayed out. Am I doing something wrong?
