Capture video using D850

Hello,

I just set the program Control My Nikon using my Nikon D850 and I am having issues gettiting it to record video direct to the computer. It records still images fine and is connected via USB 3.0. I do not find a suggsted settings for the 850 in the list of camers. I tried other Nikon suggested settings and did not work. Watch some videos on "how to" and nothing works. Every time I set up to record video - flip the button on the back to video record - and I hit the far right icon at the top for recording, it tells me it can not record and check camera settings. The camera records video normally fine. I just would like to record direct to the computer for church services. Any help would be appreciate soonest.

We are seeing more reports of video capture issues on the D850 and are investigating. We hope to have a fix for the next version, release date unknown.
