Having setup various profiles and connected batch files with csv files etc on my main PC. Everything worked as expected. So I now wanted to transfer these settigs to my laptop. I worked out that the files changed in the ControlMyNikon Folder under Data would be the ones to transfer. It did not work as the laptop CMN came up with an error and would not start. So I copied back the original Data files and it worked fine. Has anyone succeded in doing this ?
I am using the current version Build 5.5.78.90
Any thoughts would be gratefully received as it would save me a lot time setting it all up manually on the laptop.
I am absolutely delighted with the way CMN works as I struggled with Lightroom and the Nikon version is very expensive and limited in what it can do.

You should be able to copy an installation of ControlMyNIkon to a different computer by:
1) Coping the data/TTCSETTINGS.FDB file only to the new computer.
2) And of course copy your custom batch files over as well.
