Swiftpoint Z support

It would be really nice if Swiftpoint z would be supported. Currently it doesn't seem to work. It would be awesome to be able to get the joystick data from the inclination but being able to use it's buttons as triggers would be enough.

Although I have not tried it, it is likely that the Swiftpoint z doesn't provide a Joystick HID interface, so CMJ cannot read all the data from it. It is unlikely that the Swiftpoint z will be supported in CMJ in the future.
