Hi,
i plugged my Saitek X45 with Hotas and proceed the windows gamecontroller calibration. Inside Windows Gamecontroller is every axis OK.
But when i add this HID to CMJ it shows a total different range for the values (1900 instead of 190).

What can i do to solve this?

CMJ reads the axis values a little differently, but it doesn't make any difference within CMJ. As long as when you return the joystick to the neutral position it shows neutral position in CMJ, you are good to go.
