I tried to command a Nikon Z7ii with ControlMyNikon, but it seems like the software does not support many white balance options. For instance, I seem unable to set the temperature in kelvin or any Duv value. Is this something that might be supported in the future? Cheers

This may be supported in a future version. For the current version, you can select a white balance, and customize a white balance using a grey card. All other ways to set white balance must be done on the body.
