Filter Mouse Driver

Hi,
it would be cool if there was an option or someway to use a single HID Device only, by masking the virtual driver into the normal usb one. When I tried using makro it didnt work due an input block from a game, which caused to block any second input made.
Therefore a feature to install the Virtual Driver on top as an "aaddition" to your normal driver would be cool, so you got a single HID Mouse Device, but still can use mouse and virtual mouse.
Thanks please letme know if this is possible or if its not possible.
