D750 - pictures from live view have different screen ratio

Hello,
is this a bug or a feature? Not sure...
No matter what, it didn't occur before I made an update to 5.5.78.90!
My setting for picture size = 6016x4016 px, that's a ratio of 3:2
When I take the picture in normal mode (2nd icon from the left), the picture size is ok.
But when I use the live view and shoot from there, 2 things happen:
1. the live view window is cropped (both CPU and GPU mode, GPU mode also doesn't get the difference between landscape and portrait right)
2. the pictures taken in live view (both buttons) are cropped, too - picture size 6016x3376 (!), that's a 16:9 ratio.
Can you please check? Is the mistake on my side or is this a bug?
