Not able to use Live View

HI, everything has been working fine for a few months, but now my camera won't "connect". I can hear hear the chime when I turn my camera on and off, but when I hit "connect" nothing happens and I'm unable to use Live View which I use all the time (shooting food). Any ideas what has happened? I'm very dependent on the tether, I shoot flat lays with my camera mounted up high on a C-stand over a table, so now I have to get up on a stool and look upside down into my camera to see what I'm shooting which takes forever lol. Please help, lots of recipes to shoot in the next couple of days.
