Using Web Trigger

Trying to activate and use the web trigger from my android phone and currently, it will not load the page. I keep getting a refused connection request. The Test inside of ControlMyCanon successfully opens a browser window on the PC and it will fire the camera. I have used the Windows Firewall to create an Inbound rule to allow access to port 80. But it still will not work. Any Ideas? Thanks in advance!
