I am using ControlMyNikon (current version) with my D5200 on a copystand to copy old slides. In the middle of a session, for no apparent reason, the live view window switches to vertical orienfation. Not only does this give me a small image, but iy makes centering the image very weird. I have found no way to control the live view window. (I have made sure to turn off automatic orientation of vertical shots in the camera).
Live view orientation

Re: Live view orientation
You can control this by setting in the body lcd menu 'live view autorotation off' or something like that, depending on the body.

Re: Live view orientation
Live view orientation works in (Z7 II) if 'Live View is attached or detached' BUT if you select the 'Live View Monitor' (this is fantastic) the orientation stop working.
Re: Live view orientation
You can also 'shim' the copystand so it isn't pointing straight down, which confuses the camera orientation sensor, which leads to the orientation flipping.
