Hi would like to know how to adjust the focus box to make it large or smaller thank you sid

This can be set in the body LCD screen. For most bodies, you need to be in live view, then you can set the focus box size. The exact instructions to do so varies per model, so best to check the manual. You'll see the focus box size change on the body live view display as well.
